i missed breakfast (unfortunately)
i had collards, cabbage and skinless baked chicken(thigh and leg)for lunch.
I am buying the Fat Smash Book today!!!! to follow the plan in prayer.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
