day 3 & wow, this is a handy dandy site!! hopefully i can link it to adbb correctly. i actually began my weight loss journey on 1.26.12 & have lost 6lbs so far. i am pretty excited and bound and determined to follow this thru until my goal. i had been previously been doing the carbs in my head but this will be a plus to have it figured it out for me. it makes all a little easier and feel proud that i have been pretty good so far.
