Today is one week without soda! I am finding that I prefer cleaner flavored foods. (foods without sauces, even peanut butter seems too gooey without the acidity and fizz. Its been a good week.
501.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 251.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
