i know why now i go up and down. i work with food, temptation is everywhere. i eat more calories than i actually need. why is it that i tend to close an eye towards the food i eat. i have got to smarten up! i am tired of being in the 180's. i have got 50 pounds to lose! start now! calorie counting, over 10 000 steps a day and at least 15 minutes a day doing something active. i used to play just dance, then dance dance revolution! man that was fun. time to pull out the old wii and play a few
