Wow. After shedding that water weight things are looking pretty good. I was pretty focused on getting my exercize in this week and eating correctly. I also discovered that nothing prevents self-sabotage more than recording what you eat. It keeps you from guessing and rounding and convincing yourself that those extra cookies or extra cups of pasta aren't adding up to as much as you think.

This week, I'd like to continue eating well and recording without the self-sabotage that tended to follow a loss like this.

Getting pretty close to a healthy weight now, so if I lose a pound this week after such a loss, I will be excited. So, the 141's.
