Day 6, it appears I have hit the bottom of my first week drop. I had a small increase today even with keeping a low cal intake. It has me wondering if I am running to low on my intake, I also see that I need to eat more for breakfast. I have been increasing my activity, but I still get winded very quickly. I hope it gets better. I have an active day of coaching tomorrow so that should be a good burn.

Don't worry too much about small increases from day to day weigh ins! I usually weigh in every Thursday and record it. But sometimes I have weighed in on the Wednesday morning just to see what the scale says and I can be up a pound more then my weigh in day! That scale has a mind of its home!! ;) Looks like you're making some really healthy choices in your diet and your body will take some time to adjust to that too! Make sure you drink lots of water to keep things flowing! Cheers!

I know, funny thing is I have not changed my foods much except for more greens. I switched years ago from 'processed' foods and I think that is why I maintain at 220-225. I try only to eat 'real' food.
