I've still probably worked out once this year. Why? Probably because I went in all gung ho without a plan. "Yeah, let's do it!" and "We're gonna do it this time!" only gets you so far (about as far as signing up for a website, apparantly).

What I need is a plan. A calendar showing exactly which workout I should be doing on which days. Weekly meal planning showing exactly what I should be eating. A schedule showing when I should wake up/sleep to make this all happen.

Dang. Why didn't I think of this a month ago?
188.6 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Better late than never! Congrats on realizing that rather than giving up on your resolution, which most people have already done by now. There's a great post in one of my groups right now about making change stick- look in the Grand Central Station group for the Think, Choose, Act and Win thread.
