No loss today, even though following diet 100%. I will try to get more exercise today. It's a little discouraging, but maybe tomorrow the scale will move down again.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Stay with it! Holding steady is not bad. Your body needs to take these changes slowly. That's the only healthy way. Dramatic loss puts too much stress on the body, which can lead to your metabolism slowing. Keep following the plan and I'm sure you'll see the results you envision.

You've been on the plan about 3 weeks and have lost 9 pounds, so that is an average of approximately 3 pounds a week. Think big picture here rather than day to day. You may have a few days in a row where you lose 0 and then suddenly you lose a couple of pounds. Remember, it's all good!! Everyone is different and someone who loses a pound everyday for a while may have a very different metabolic make up than you do or they may simply have alot more weight to lose. Patience is the name of the game when it comes to reshaping our bodies. Believe me I know!!

ok, thank you. read on her forum today that one of her moderators linda shapiro stayed onp1 for 4 weeks and lost zero- then she lost on phase 2- so you are right!
