Lovely idea on the ginger cinnamon water!

I used non-sparkling high ph water. It has a strong cinnamon taste with a ginger aftertaste. I'm planning on making a pitcher of water with mint and cucumber later today, let you know how it turns out. Fresh Lemon or lime slices are personal favorites.

I love adding natural flavors to sparkling water. Any of these combinations are tasty: berries, mint, lemon, lime, orange slices, coconut, cherries, cucumber, ginger, pinapple, and mangoes. The list can go on, but these are what I use the most. At the end of the day I'll eat what's left of the fruit/spices, like a clean desert for the palate.
