Started and kept a clean and healthful day today!
Got in everything: vitamin D, B12, multivitamin, spirulina, flaxseed, probiotic.
Greens for bfast smoothie, greens for lunch, quinoa and eggplant stew for dinner.
1 apple and 3 tangerines. And cucumber with salsa for snack.

Walked in the sun and got in some natural vitamin D.

Got a lot of water in.

I can definitely feel the effect of the weight gain...I was feeling backache and feet were hurting a lot from 3 hours of house work.

I feel healthful and good about myself for putting in all this good stuff in me. I kept up a mental empowering attitude too. Creating a new belief in myself that I can be counted on, and I can do anything I put my mind on!

I am switching up my story from victim, lack, wrong---to hero, abundance, and I'm what's right in the world!

That sounds like a great diet are you vegetarian? I have a similar diet to yours with the only exception, I eat salmon rather than eggplant. I struggle to go over 1200 calories a day and sometime only achieve 800 or so. Before I decided to eat healthy; chocolates, crisps and rice was my staple diet. Now that I've cut out those foods I have lost my appetite. So at the moment I am not tempted to cheat, long may it last... When I saw your menu for the day, I thought it was great, keep it up.
