Doing badly. I knew my meds cause weight gain so should have tried harder but had a really bad few months. Feeling better so trying again. my GP suggested the 5:2 diet for a while to tried and get back into a healthier eating pattern. so today is first fasting day, i have been told after a few weeks i will get use to it an start to notice the difference.
248.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 94.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
