Starting weight of a 3 week challenge. Recording my food daily, focusing on protein and complex carbs. No sugary drinks and fruits for dessert.
199.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
