Recorded a loss again, feeling good to see a lose after a couple days of gaining. Should be able to jump on the cross-trainer again today or within the next few days any way.
Been thinking maybe I should lower my daily limit. When do you know when it is time to do that?
312.2 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 102.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
