water weight! thank God!!
162.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL! Isn't water weight a B****? That's one nice thing about being post menopausal. You don't often have to deal with it. LOL!
