Today sucked! I expected to have lost at least a pound and instead I lost NOTHING!
152.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just because you can't see it on the scale yet, doesn't mean that nothing is happening. You can lose fat and not see the scale move. You could be down 3 pounds tomorrow. Just stick with it. Consistency is key in weight loss.
