Obsessive Chocaholic's Journal, 07 April 2017

Trying to eat only yogourt, fruit, vegetables, hard boiled eggs, diet cabbage soup or similar during the day & having a regular supper in the evening.
Still haven't had a chocolate bar. Only allow myself two small aquares of mint milk chocolate bar & 1 square of really dark chocolate. The dark finishes me off as I hate it.
Don't eat in front of the TV
Trying to control the amount of bread and cookies now.
235.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 85.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.8 lb a week

If you're dark chocolate is a high percentage (like > 70%) then nibbling like chunks while sipping a plain sugarless tea may help. It's a whole new experience that differs with each type of tea!

Hi AgileBee thanks for the tip. Unfortunately I don't drink tea, just plain hot water. I only have one piece of dark chocolate & that takes away any craving I may have for chocolate, as I really find it awful.
