i had so many technical difficulties this morning i could only walk 1 mile and it had to be a 12 min mile so i would be done before work and i don't think I'm going to have time to get in another mile today. the exercise journal doesn't have a 5mph walk I'll have to see if i can add it
the VHS i inserted this morning was a collaboration with jenny Craig I've watched it before but it got stuck in the machine it wouldn't play wouldn't eject and Doug calls because its trying to eject and making noise while I'm at work. my laptop came up error after error this morning but finally played. i have to get that split-er asap! i don't know what was happening last night but i couldn't stop eating. i almost out ate my walks. tonight we are going to a spaghetti dinner I'm not sure what else I'll be having i am assuming salad and bread to go with, but I'm not sure if there will be a dessert or not. the problem with these dinners is I'm not the one cooking. i don't know what healthy things have been done or if its all processed foods. i mean i rinse my ground beef after i brown it, not every one does.

well i brought up another VCR from the shed so i can hook it up when its room temperature. days is taping on the other VCR in the bed room so I'll have it. if not it wouldn't be the 1st time i watched a day late on the computer.

i was looking at the diets in the diet section clicked on a few dr oz you on a diet reminds me of the Charleston Program and i still have that book so i won't be buying a new one
