DAY #1 JUICE FAST
I watched this movie on netflix last night and needless to say, I'm very inspired. The movie is Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. Not only was the movie inspirational but it also made me feel that I could lose weight in a healthy way. So today, I started my juice fast.
This is the official recipe used by Joe Cross and Phil Staples according to the Reboot Program.
6 Kale Leaves 1 Cucumber 4 Celery Stalks 2 Green Apples 1/2 Lemon 1 piece of ginger
So for breakfast- 20 oz lunch-20 oz snack-20 oz dinner- juiced 2 apples (I ran out of the greens but I'll get more tomorrow).
So far so good! Wish me luck ;)
