Did P90X2: Shoulders and Arms yesterday. At first I thought, "this isn't so bad"; but I woke up this morning and my arms hurt. I guess it did the job.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My Husband started 3 weeks ago, and I honestly thought it looked fun, so I am doing P90X with him. I esp LOVE the Yoga.
