I slept pretty well. About 7 hours. Will try to walk tonite. This is day 1 of being strict. I've been tempted a few times. Ate a couple walnuts on lunch instead of caving in. I need to do this to get healthy. It's not only about the scale. I do NOT want to be a diabetic. I need to get a handle on this now. Stop the madness & feelng fat & miserable & guilty. I don't want to feel that way. I want to feel accomplished. Dear Lord/Holy Ghost please help me to say No to unhealthy food & instead want & enjoy healthy food options.
