good luck and stay focused on the goal even if it takes a little longer than needed eat all that is asked and drink alot of h2o try to weigh in the am it will make you feel better go in three times a week I have been on it for about 10 12 weeks and have lost 20 lbs I really need to read my own advise some days haha also I have a great fruit salad if ya want the ingredients

What has been your biggest hurdle? Challenges? For me the first few weeks were the hardest. Especially when I went grocery shopping. I used to think AHHHHH! Is it worth all this trouble to read labels, weight and measure? Then I realized how much more trouble it was to shop for clothes that fit without adding bulk to my already heavy frame. I am little and 30-50 lbs of extra weight is not carried well on me. So I stopped thinking of it as a diet and started thinking of it as a way to help me get my life back! You'll do fine. You have to remember why you walked into that center in the first place. Eat to live, not live to eat. That's my new motto.
