Slowly loosing weight! Yeaa for me! Still struggling with getting enough protein. Costco did not have the protein powder that I was hoping to buy (without soy). Everyday, exercise is getting a little bit more enjoyable. I hope one day soon I can walk 10,000 steps or more, one of my upcoming goals. :)

Happy Week Everyone!

I use a pedometer when I'm out on my walks and doing my daily stuff. I have a Wii where I can input my steps. I keep checking out the Fitbit (since ctlss got hers). But, the Wii takes the place of step counting. (Although I am interested in the sleep part of the Fitbit). I am doing Atkins, I just don't want to change my diet plan again because it starts weight loss over, and I like looking at the big chunk of weight that I have lost so far! Keeps me motivated! LOL! :)

@Hope4Health, I didn't answer one of your questions. About the protein, since I began Zumba I have been experiencing daily fatigue. I would like to bump up protein to 120-140g's. Trying to see if that alleviates my fatigue. If that doesn't work, then it's to my dr to see what's up.

Hope, I am getting plenty of sleep. But getting up tired, tired during the day, and go to bed tired. This just recently started to become a pattern. I've been taking vitamins and minerals forever so I don't think that is the problem. I'll get to the bottom of it soon enough! I sent you a PM with Wii info for you! My daughter (32), 3 Grandkidlings live with my Ogre and I; GD's Savannah (13), Taylor (9), GS Owen (6). We play with the Wii alot! LOL!

Cheryl, I am sure your tiredness is having the family living with you, it is ok when younger but I seriously think as we get older we need that quiet time, that you just don't get with a houseful....sending you {{{HUGS}}} my sweet friend and feel more refreshed.
