MY 600 POUND LIFE..goood thursday morning..been watching the tv show my 600 pound life..an as i watch it i can relate to the people on the show..not that i was ever that heavy or bed ridden like most but highest i was ..was 375..its been a motivational tv show for me as well..alot of what the doctor says is stuff that i do already..but still a great way to implant ideas back that mabye i have let slide from time to time...


fixed cauliflower bread this morning ...on top of the stove..turned out more like hash browns..but dont matter..i ate it anyways..an learned from it...an thats what for me cooking is all about..learning from doing..as is most things in life..

rode bike/trainer yesterday..even though i should of took the day off an rested..did a 16.3 mile ride..took 73 min..wasnt one of my faster rides..but did get the workout in ...running behind on miles this week..but still have 3 days before i take off on sunday..so just not to worried about it..

been raining here off an on since 2am..i guess it thundered alot at 2am..i slept thru the thunder but heard the hard rain coming down..when i got up at 5...yes i slept in this morning..ditches in front of the house was full..

well...need to close this..get up an get some movement in..so...HAVE A GREAT DAY ...CATCH YOU LATER..

alot of the people i watch on the show are learning what most of us have already learned with the support of friends on fs...

That's why I stay here WBH. Today I ate 100 g of chocolate...ugh ...but it's all I've eaten due to the flu. Oh .. dear it's funny what you fancy eating when you're not well 🍫

Where do the people on my 600 pound life get their money for food cars and homes they dont work their family members ate taki g care of them and dont work either. Im on disability and barely surviving
