As of today, March 30th, I am down to 222 pounds. Still wayyyy too much for my frame, but gosh do I feel better, weight wise, and I'm on the downward trend.

Things that have impacted my weight:
- Delivering our daughter January 1st. I definitely was retaining some water, and she was 7 lbs 14 oz.
- Pumping until about early February, then gave BFing another try, then we've been supplementing and BFing, which is a great way to dump some fat.
- My gallbladder got seriously inflamed, resulting in gallbladder attacks, which is apparently very common after having a child. In an effort to stave off another attack, which I haven't had one for about 2.5 weeks now, thank God, I've been eating much better, less fat and a ton of salads, and generally much less in general.

Clothes fit so much better. I had saved quite a few things that I had grown out of, so it's neat to be back in those, comfortably. We even took family pictures a few days ago with our daughter, and I didn't hate how I looked in them. That's a huge step for me, I tend to avoid the camera.

So I'm continuing on! Eating better. Nothing will make you straighten up your eating quicker than a gallbladder attack!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
