Bf %31.1 keeping strict logs and hitting targets. Overshooting eating on training days. Had lower energie this week. Need to train today. Resting HR down from 80 to 67
246.9 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
