My fast ends on Jan 30th, then I will be albe to start my high protien low carb 1500-1700 calorie plan and intense INSANITY workout, I have already increased the calories some and I was told to expect some weight gain so Im not gonna panic!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 86.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
