I guess I am not trying but causing more problem :(. Need to exercise, watch the food, less soda more water set goal by march 21... Drop 10!!!!
152.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
