1. Tuesday boo's day... 2. weight seems to be stuck at 363. :-( 3. Blood Sugar was 115 mg/dL. 4. Blood Pressure was 139/92 @ 85 bpm. 5. Ketosis was a 36 today. :-( 6. I have cut the Benefiber supplement down to just one dose a day in the morning, instead of the three doses throughout the day. I hope to see some positive results as early as Thursday. 7. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on a better fiber supplement, or a supplement that is not made from wheat or grain??? 8. Missing my friends today...
