Finally got my motivation back....thanks to my almost 7 year old daughter. In exactly 1 month, I will be turning the big 30, very excited and looking forward to it. I would like to take part in a muddy princess this year and would also like to start doing park runs. Working on a better me for me
140.9 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am based in Centurion but we have done the one in Harties as well and try and do others in the Gauteng area :)
