LACKING MOTIVATION YESTERDAY..good tuesday morning..took me all day yesterday to finally get my workout on zwift over with..just didnt have the motivation even though i took sunday off to recover..i know why there was less motivtion..been keeping a closer eye on carb intake an i can tell that cutting back has made a difference in the get up an go..cause the go..got up an left..but yesterday at 230pm..latest ive ever done a workout ..i finally got dressed in riding shorts an riding bibs an got shoes on an went to fitness room an told myslf i needed at least 10 miles..10 came an went an then when i hit 15..i decided that was a good ride...

well...once again coffee is gone..not sure what the day holds ahead yet..besides a workout..to keep legs limbered up..food menu is took care of except for lunch ..not sure if its gonna be a salad..or thawed out califlower pizza ..would be nice if i could do my ride an then have lunch so that what ever i eat..would burn off soon as i ate it..but dont always work that way..having a trainer in the house is great..but at same time..when i was riding outside..i had a certain time i left every morning to beat the morning traffic..so i could be home by the time all the people going to work with their eyes still shut was on the road...now with bike set up on trainer..its matter of deciding when im in the mood..sometimes..takes awhile for the mood to strike..then its hurry up get dressed an head to fitness room before the mood leaves again..but after each workout..its always a pleasure to know i did the workout an feel the accomplishments of having done one...
