165lb, 8lb lost in 3 weeks. kettlebell class done and level 2 of 'Ripped in 30'. still sticking to calorie allowance with a slightly higher intake on sunday.
on holiday next week but still going to stay focused and stick to my calories, packing the kitchen scales to make sure i can weigh my portions.
