nearly there then set a new target for june . i can do this 💪💪👌👌👌

what a miserable day in wales thought the sun was out for good back to reality with the rain . ooo well day a nice day buddies hope today is kind to you .

208.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb. Still to go: 8.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
