I made it through my first weekend. 2 birthday parties on Saturday for friends and no cake eaten at all. That was the toughest test of the weekend. Kept my alcohol intake as minimal as I can possibly make it and had Vodka/Club soda with a lime to help keep the calories down. Planning meals with the wife is challenging, but we are both making strides towards our goals. Happy Monday all!!
