Starting a Keto diet trial. Going to give it 2 weeks to see how we feel. Then we'll make the decision to keep going with it or not. Not doing it alone, so it may be easier to do because it is the 2 of us. Tired of the constant bounce back week after week. We'll see how we do. And hopefully this can help.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
