I just input yesterdays dinner including our naughty ice cream indulgence into approximation but any-hoo not near as bad as I'd thought...and the ice cream was 1080 all by itself...kinda sobering when you see it all laid out like was still under my rdi and mathematically I'm still a negative for calories I'm back on track...raisin bran and re-heated coffee for breakfast. I know that I can do this, a meal out once in a while (and I really mean a while) as a treat is something that can allow me to sustain this new lifestyle, and who knows maybe the next time around it will be easier to make those healthy choices on our dinner excursion. I am affirming to you that this is something that I am committed to and learning to eat what's good and proper for me is going to be the challenge, but with you my dear by my side I know we will prevail!
