My weight is dipping a little to low. Everything looks good. I'm the same size. I don't want to lose any more muscle. I just started picking up activity after flu like symptoms the week before. I didn't get all my steps in every day last week. I hope to have normal activity this week. I'm looking forward to resuming strength training. At this point a gain is not a bad thing. My goal is to stay in the Blue...

John sounds like you and I are in the same boat following an illness. I only weigh in on Mondays following my workout routine. I've worked out for two straight weeks and am still about 10-15% down in capacity. I'm interested to see where I'm at weight wise. It may take you a few weeks to get back where you want, but after reading about your discipline I'm sure it won't take you long.
