Today I made a promise to myself to lose this weight. Immediately jumping into a full diet has not worked in the past, so I am going to take steps this time to lose weight. My first goal is to stop drinking soda completely. After a week of doing this, i am going to add not eating sweets into the mix. Next is getting my diet right with learning how to do portion control. After I get a hold on how to maintain a healthy diet, I am going to start with the workouts. I hope this plan works for me.
