So the weekend was a tough one. I am trying to quit smoking and lose weight at the same time and the two are not moxing well for me. I did not smoke on Sat or almost all day on Sun & I found myself constantly eating! Even when I was full beyond full I kept going back to the fridge and finding more stuff to eat. I ended up breaking down late Sun and bought a pack of cigs and ended up eating normal after that. Trying to figure out how I can do both at the same time. I desperatly need to stop smoking and I equally need to lose weight. Any suggestions?
