Back to low carb to get back on track. Time to re-focus and start again so I don't end up obese again : )
143.4 lb Lost so far: 57.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Atkins said, "once you have a weight problem, you always have a weight problem." I really didn't want to accept that, but time has proven him completely right - at least in my case. Good for you, staying on top of the situation!

I know you'll do it well. I'm needing to refocus myself. I've gotten out of the habit of recording my meals, and into the habit of enjoying wine. Eventually the scale tells me this doesn't work.
