Some lapses since the last weight recorded. I experienced the dreaded keto flu to get back on track. no, it's not worth it. It's definitely not worth it! So if anybody's considering breaking their diet for a while, don't do it. Just don't. It's easiest that way.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
