CUTTING THE CARBS..goood sunday morning..been eating more then my 30g of carbs..an just been maintaining on the scales..its been healthy carbs..but carbs are carbs anyway you look at em..dropped part of em on friday..an even more on saturday..today i seen the benefits..but im sure it will be short lived as im gonna make califlower crust pizza today with sausage, hamburger, jalapenos, onions, mozz cheese..so im sure salt intake will be up higher today even though carb intake will be even less then previous days..have it all in my head of how i want to prepare my first healthy pizza...will hopefully many more to come..

need to get last few miles in to hit my weekly ave..just need like 6 miles..not to worried about it..not even sure im riding today to get them..lookin like rain outside..really gloomy lookin..not sure if thats why im not in the mood or what it is..was lookin same yesterday..an it was hard for me to get motivated to do a ride..just some days are easier to get in the mood then others..

already been to walmart..was there at 6am when they opened..super store..but not enough traffic at night for it to be open 24 hours a day..bout a bunch of stuff for ahead..i keep thinkin..one of these weeks i can skip a week..it never seems to happen..always need at least 2 or 3 things the next week..usually heavy cream is almost an every week item..

well..gonna get up in a few..gotta get step ladder out an change a light bulb in ceiling that burned its last shinning..bedroom looks dark without 2 lights from ceiling..not sure what else is on my list of things to keep me up an moving yet..but im sure i can find stuff to do till i get ready to get the PIZZA READY..kinda hoping i dont eat it all in one setting or in one day...lol...lately the califlower bakes i been making have been pretty good...but been able to just eat one serving an putting rest in fridge for other meals...time will tell..

I have made two of the cauliflower pizzas. I think my first one was the best. I made it with pepperoni, pieces of bacon, green peppers, onions, pizza sauce, and lots of mozzarella cheese. Glad you are seeing a difference on the scales.

i toook pics as i made mine an il post pics tomow on my journal...had 2 pieces...an was stuffed..i didnt use pizza sauce..just started out with califlower base..then mozz cheese, beef, sausage, pepperoni, cheese again..banana peppers, an jalapeno peppers..mmmmmmmmmm goood...
