I was off work for four days due to coming down with bronchitis. I fell off the wagon these last four days with Little league and sons baseball tournament this past weekend eating junk was so convenient but still stayed close to 2000 cal. and did manage to maintain and not gain any weight which is some what of a moral victory I think. The fault this past weekend was I should have planned better and avoided the bad decision in eating fast food. I have the same scenerio this coming weekend but I have a plan ready this time.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
