Just as I decided to do the 5:2 Diet Challenge, I broke a frigging plateau--FINALLY! I am beginning the 5:2 Plan today with 760 cal and 4 10 minute walks to see how I do. Official beginning is Monday 27th but I'm taking a friend to lunch that day and so decided to start my First Fast Day early. Will try to slowly move down to 600 c. and keep the walks.
