I see all the flavors and great looking meats and veggies on other people's posts....I have lost a total of 19 pounds! I did it by cutting down my carbs to 6 per breakfast, 12 for lunch and 12 for dinner....no bread, potatoes, pasta or dairy or grains. Then I see these people complaining that they aren't losing weight.....I see why now.
