Woke at 210.0, down .4 from yesterday as this pesky water sticks around. Just going to drink a lot and eat regularly today and see if it doesn't go away. I did just put on size 32 inch jeans so all is not lost! UPDATE: Finished work at my standing desk today and got my five miles in. Pushed a lot of water but don't appear to have my whoosh yet. Had some good stuff for dinner and topped out just over 1700 calories.
