Had a little staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday and ate like a total pig. Do you railed my diet and I wasn't able to gain ground back for about five days. But I'm back on the wagon again.
139.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
