A big tip from me is walking when or if you have nothing to do. Bored? Walk until you're tired! Even if its back and forth from room to room! Just please stay hydrated with water, and if you like, listen to music! Walking also clears my head, so I feel refreshed almost every time. Its just a time to just think things through. I mostly do it when I am home alone more so than when people are home, because it may seem a bit "strange" to others. If you don't want to walk around a room, that's fine! You can walk or jog or go for a run outside when its nice out, or just turn on the treadmill.
