Ben back exercising after not doing for 6 wks, I feel better now, exercise is my ticket to better health wth CAD and unable to take cholestrol meds and of course my intake, I will do better for my self.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
