No change in weight today, not a biggie. I showed a drop yesterday. As long as I see some progress I'm good. Progress is not just the scale for me but clothing I couldn't wear and now can or being able to walk/run longer.
244.4 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 129.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
