This week has been much better! I have been IFing and eating a keto dinner in the evening. Today I'm starting a fast: plenty of pure water, both cold and hot; Himalayan pink salt in water (AKA "sole"); coffee when needed, . I figure I'll be fairly hungry and miserable today and tomorrow. Saturday and Sunday I can sleep if I need to escape. By next Monday, I would think the hunger would be gone, and I should be feeling fine!
